Shipping rates are based off of the item’s packaged size and weight and are calculated automatically. Processing times can vary between products and can be found under each individual listing.
Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but realize some time things just miss the mark. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and packing integrity to safely deliver the item. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as Whistle While You Wick will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange.
DEFECTED / DAMAGED PRODUCT
